A Javanese ancient small keris-cum-amulet, the majapahit, forged of one piece of laminated iron with the hilt in the form of a human figure bent over and arms crossed with a cap on his head, the undulating blade 19 cm long in a later 19th century wooden scabbard, overall 29 cm  #10210eo

Provenance: Acquired by a Danish civil engineer who worked on bridge construction in the then Dutch East Indies (Indonesia) in the early 1900s. Inherited in the family to this day.
