Model 1874 French Gras bayonet  20½", 52cm blade, brass pommel and wood grips secured by steel rivets, steel cross-guard secured to the tang by 2 steel rivets, T-shaped blade, the back indistinctly engraved Manufactured St Etienne August 1879. the blade and quillon with various inspectors stamps and numbered 85305. For the 11mm Gras Rifle Model 1874 bolt action single shot. Overall 25", 65cm, no scabbard.   #10241
