An English 19th century rare and unusual combined powder and shot measure, black wooden handle, the brass measure marked Powder Drams 2½ to 5 drams, Schultze 34 to 74, E C Powder Grains 35 to 67 and Shot oz 1 to 2⅛, all measures controlled by a knurled screw adjuster     #9528mo

The Schultze gunpowder factory was established in 1860 at Eyeworth Pond near Fritham New Forest and at the time employed over 100 people and continued until 1921
