WEST AFRICAN ARM DAGGER FROM THE TUBU TRIBE. #9896

Early 20th century West African arm dagger. Tubu tribe of Mali, Chad and Niger, double edged 18cm hand forged blade, raised through the center with lines incised either side, flattened iron pommel, the handle wrapped in reptile skin. Contained in the original tooled leather sheath with some reptile skins wrapped around, complete with arm strap. Overall 31cm. #9896ao
